👥 Staff Management
Manage admin accounts for your staff. Admin accounts can do everything except delete records, view the Activity Log, manage staff, and manage cloud sync. Share the username + password with each staff member; they can change their own password after first login.

How this works: Data syncs in real time across all connected devices via Firebase. The app keeps working offline — actions queue locally and push automatically when you're back online.
